concrete repair, landscaping, lawn service, stamped concrete
 + 2 moreWorse mess of concrete pouring I have ever seen. Can not be fixed without digging up the entire floor which I can not do as there are heat pipes in the concrete.
Description of Work: I contracted for him to pour concrete for my new barn floor. Water pools in every corner. Rain runs in under the doors. Water does not drain to the drains. Finish is too rough. An attempt was made to "fix" the pool of water in the wash stall corners, but this made the situation worse and the floor slick, so mats had to be installed. This add's extra work as now the mats have to be pulled out and cleaned under several times a month. Mitch Shumaker is a likeable guy, but he does not know how to pour and finish concrete. He told me he had done lots of big jobs before, then I find out, my barn was the largest he had done (1728 square feet). After wards I find out he has been sued several times for poor work. Also found out he did not have a business license nor the correct insurance. Beware.
