ANYONE BUT THEM We asked this company to move a pavilion and put a new roof on it. Two years later, half of the roof is on the ground … Their reply: “The shingles, including the base layers of roofing felt and starter course were installed per industry standards and meet the manufactures requirements.” After consulting with professional roofers and checking the manufacturer instruction, the nails were not put at the right place on the shingle nailing strip but way too high. The least we can say, it is the sloppiest job a “professional” with 30 years of experience can do. A company that should be put out of business.

Joe and Jeff Schmidt were strangers to us prior to this experience. Our realtor referred them, so we gave them a shot. We are SO glad we did! Their work was first class, they answer their phone and even after we paid them in full, they came back on a Saturday to fix something. Amazing!

already submitted details for the kitchen addition and am now working with Keith for a master bathroom remodel.

Keith had told us this could be done in 4 weeks....we were amazed at his time line because we were adding 220 ft. and had to start at the bottom with new footings ect. Two weeks after he started we had the addition framed and roofed and the interior wall came down. Two weeks after that the new additional cabinets and island came in ! We were delayed one additional week waiting for the windows to arrive but the interior work could go on , so that was not a problem. Keith was always here exactly when he said he would be , as were the other sub-contractors. Our kitchen is beautiful and you would never know from inside or outside that we did an addition. Keith does excellent work himself and only uses sub-contractors he knows and trusts. I loved the fact that Keith was always concerned about keeping the construction "dust" ect. down to a minimum and not having us inconvenienced by a lack of a real kitchen for more than 2 weeks. We used Steve's Custom Cabinets in Carson Va. for the additional new cabinets and island and they did a wonderful job as well. They matched the old existing cabinets beautifully. Capital Granite in Midlothian, Va did the counter tops and were pleasant and very nice to work with.
