Patrick did a great job of guiding us through our decision making process, selecting all of the materials, etc.    He coordinated the timelines between all  people he had working on the job, including electricians, plumbers, plaster & painters, tile and granite contractors, as well as communicating  with the kitchen design team and assuring delivery of all appliances in a timely manner.

My husband helped with some of the demolition on the project, as well as some of the finish painting.   Patrick was great about advising us during all phases of the project.  He was patient and thorough in answering our questions and addressing our concerns.  He is concerned about finish details but is also cost conscious.   Any changes in our budget were clearly explained and usually were due to extra things we asked him to do.  He made valuable suggestions along the way, was a problem solver, and has a network of really good people he works with.   We left town twice during this project, and  entrusted  the house to him during these times.   He utilized our absence to make good time on the projects, and took  loving care of our 18 year old cat!!

We have continued to do more work on the house, after the kitchen and bath projects were complete.   We will write more about that under general remodeling, at a later date, as the work is still on going!
