They were supposed to give us the Cadallic service and we weren't supposed to have to do a thing. They would say they had put weed killer, but for the first time since we lived here, we had to nearly kill our entire lawn because it was so full of weeds. They were just going to overseed it and we said that wasn't good enough. We tried to work with them. We rented a power seeder to put our own seed down. We bought good fertilizer for them to put down. They didn't keep the weeds out, and they didn't trim the bushes and trees that they were supposed to. I told them we don't let leaves remain in the bushes because it creates a mold environment, but they didn't take them out, and they put the wrong kind of mulch down. They put the mulch down much later than they should have. One of my pine trees died because of that. They put poison down in one of my beds that I specifically told them not to because I was going to use it for my vegetable garden. They took an extra $190 from me because I paid them for services that they had not done. The time when most of the work needed to be done, they quit. They said that it was because I was too needy when I really just wanted them to do what the contract said.
