I am used to paying more for less. Usually you get an oil change, maybe they check over some stuff. This place, they did that, they let me watch, they let me ask questions, they showed me a problem with my drain plug from the last place I went and explained how it might be a future problem. And I was amazed that they vacuumed out my car and cleaned the inside of the windshield! Also, they cleaned out the debris under my hood, like pine needles, that I had not even realized was there! I got my questions answered, they didn't try to sell me anything extra, and I left feeling like my car was clean and well-maintained.
