The Inspector that performed the home inspection arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time to unload his equipment. He was very friendly and addressed all questions that I had during the inspection or concerns that we had. We purchased the Mid-Grade inspection which included thermal imaging to detect heating / air loss issues and water damage which eased additional concerns considering our home was built in the 1950's. He found several issues that we would not have been able to see ourselves and made us feel that our money was well spent. The best part though was that following his overview of the home he went over the entire report and printed it on site for our records. His report proved valuable during the negociation process and it also provided things that needed to be addressed that we could do on our own once we purchased the home. I highly recommend this company as they stand true to what they advertise.

Tony from Pillar to Post was an excellent inspector. He showed up ahead of time and spent 5 whole hours (no exaggeration) looking at the exterior and the interior of the house in great detail while providing expert explanations with a patient and friendly manner to the uninitiated. He produced a detailed and readable report with the main points separated from the minor ones. He even offered to answer questions that we may have long after the inspection. I would recommend Tony and Pillar to Post to anyone who is interested in having a reliable and thorough house inspection.

John was late for the inspection but he called us to let us know he was finishing up his morning inspection, once he arrived he did a great job! He was professional, educated us about our possible home purchase and was very comfortable with my husband and I being present for the home inspection. I would highly recommend this company and John !
