They were fantastic. They were always on time and cheerful and got the job done quickly. Even when I had to place the house up for sale in the fall, I paid them to clean the house from the top to the bottom so it would look wonderful to potential buyers. I cannot say enough about them since they did such an excellent job.

"I believe this member left this review for the wrong company. We have no records of cleaning for this member, we normally send 2-3 employees to clean hardly ever send just one person to clean. I got them through word of mouth. It went very well. They did a good job. They are friendly. The owner will follow-up and call you to find out how things went and if there's any problem. The owner actually comes out the first time that the house is going to be cleaned and he would go over everything.

"We would like to thank this member for the great review, and for being such a great client. Our records show that team one (Michelle's team) have cleaned for this family 5 times. We normally have 3 team members each cleaning visit sometimes 2 team members if it's not a busy day and 4 team members if it's a crazy busy day! Our records show the first cleaning on 7/16/2014 a team of 4 was there for 1hr 4min and that rate was for $115.00. The other four cleanings took a team of 3 a average of 1hr 46min per visit with a rate of $125.00 per visit. Our normal rates start at $85.00 per cleaning with a team of 3 for up to 1 hour, and adjust every 15 minutes 1hr - 1hr 15 min is $100.00 per cleaning, 1hr 15min - 1hr 30min is $115.00 per cleaning, 1hr 30min - 1hr 45min is $130.00, 1hr 45min - 2hrs is $145.00 per cleaning. We hired Maid Cleaners to clean our house every two weeks. So far they have been very professional, and we are very pleased with their work. Since this company's employees earn a higher than normal wage, the charges are probably higher than most other competitors, and this is why I gave them less than a top rating. Yes, I would recommend them to others.

My sister was at my mother's home during the first cleaning. She was quite impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism, and punctuality of the first crew of cleaners who came to the house in November. My mother's home had not been thoroughly cleaned in over a year. On the Maid Cleaner's second visit a different crew came and I was there instead of my sister. They were twenty minutes late and were not as thorough as the first crew had been. For example, they did not initially clean the kitchen floor because it had been done the month before but did damp mop the floor when I requested that they reclean the floor. When my sister called to complain about the mediocre second visit, the gentleman on the phone spent most of the call defending the leader of the second cleaning crew rather than really listening to my sister's concerns. So we would rate the Maid Cleaner service an and quot;Aand quot; for the first visit and a and quot;C-D+and quot; for the second visit.

Very professional and responsive. I called for the first time late in the afternoon on a Friday, and the person in charge of appointments answered his phone even though he had just left the office. He was also very prompt and courteous during our following phone calls, while visiting to give an estimate, and while following up after the job was done. The cleaners were polite, quick and thorough. I was very pleased with every aspect of the service.

We generally like most of what they do. Sometimes they miss a wastebasket or something. They are pretty thorough. They haven't raised prices on us in a couple of years. They sometimes come short handed, we think we need a team of 3 but sometimes they come with two. Ordinarily they are very efficient and very thorough.
