Mr. Slaughter was very professional and extremely helpful. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the problems and stocked the parts and supplies needed to fix the heat pumps. He explained what he was doing throughout the entire repair process and this information was very useful. His charges were quite reasonable and I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future.
