I called and described the problem and told him that it was not an emergency but we had a slow leak in the pipe. He said he was busy and couldn't likely show up for about three days. Since the leak had gone on for about at least 3 years, I said OK. (I didn't want to pay emergency rates.)
In three days, the plumber called back Friday morning and said he could be by about 4 that afternoon to look at the problem. He showed up about 4 and I showed him the problem and got the leak fixed in about an hour. I was quite happy with the service and the cost.

He was willing to come in the evening when we wanted him. He was pretty flexible about the timing. The whole process was pretty easy.

Returned our call for service promptly, and came punctually at the time promised. He left to obtain a new unit, and returned in a reasonable time. He was able to install the new unit and finish within a 3 hour window. Prices were fair for the job done. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I called him on a Monday morning, and he was able to come that afternoon. He called before coming to see if someone would still be there, and arrived punctually. Once he saw the problem, he was able to explain what needed to be done, and came back with a new unit within an hour. There was one gasket from the new unit that did not fit our sink, so he wound up having to use the one from the previous unit. He informed us that if we had any problems with it, he would return and fix it (we have not). He was finished within two or two and a half hours, and the price was very fair for the job. I've never had a better experience with plumbing services.

He is very thorough, professional, comes prepared and always cleans up after the service. His costs are very reasonable.

He arrived when I was in a mess. He took care of the problem very professionally, didn't overcharge and did a really good job. I was quite comfortable with him in my home and he cleaned up nicely after himself.
