Our fridge has been great since they worked on it. He's come and fixed my fridge 3 times, every time it was a different problem. He did not have to return due to his quality of work, but due to the model or refrigerator. He was very honest about what parts were required and the pricing in advance.

In speaking with the company I scheduled an appointment for a tech to assess and repair the washing machine which still had laundry and water in the machine. The apt. was confirmed the morning of the service call and the tech arrived promptly. He completed the process in less than an hour. He discussed the process of the repair and proceeded to complete the call. Very professional, friendly and the price reflected what we had discussed on the phone. I recommend this company.

The door broke Thanksgiving weekend-ugh! We called the company first thing Monday morning, and they said they would try to get to it within the week. In fact, they called later that day and came on Tuesday, less than 24 hours after we first contacted them. The technician fixed the door quickly and effectively, checked the drain and hoses, also made a repair to one of the dish racks. Though the dishwasher is old, nobody tried to sell us a new one-in fact, they recommended hanging on to it because it is basically sound.
