Description of Work: I am still waiting on my Sam Moore chairs, with custom fabric from the company, that were promised to me 6 weeks after my purchase (purchased 1/31/2013). I have called and been given excuses and 8 days ago was told that Sam Moore delivered only one chair even though I bought two. Really, I mean WTH!! I will update my post whenever they finally make good on the chairs. Right now I would give them an F on ANY custom orders and warn all to stay away. .
