Took the time to discuss all the options that would work in my budget, answered all my questions and worked up optional quotes so I could make the best decision for me and my budget. Work was performed when promised and follow up to make sure I had no problems. Will use again.
The two guys who installed the stair runner were both professional and courteous and they cleaned up well after themselves. Jimmie came out with them when they first arrived to measure a second time before he cut and bound the piece for the bottom two steps where the turn is. He went back to the store and did all the work and brought the piece back in plenty of time for his guys to install it. The turn really worked out well and the carpet is matched up great. They really did a nice job and I've gotten tons of compliments. The runner made a huge difference on the steps and I don't worry about slipping on them any longer.
They're a bit pricey but I feel like I got a quality product and quality work. I would hire them again.
I was unhappy with the transitions that the flooring manufacturer sent to match the floor, as the color was a bit different than the flooring. The flooring is wood, and the transitions were laminate. Floored agreed to take the transitions off my bill as I will need to have them replaced with real wood ones.
I love the floor but I didn't like the transitions though they were the ones the manufacturer sells to go with my floor. They are not quite the same color as the flooring as they are laminate and the floor is wood. I will have them replaced with wood ones, so Floored agreed to take the transitions off my bill. Thus, I will shop at Floored again.
