 + -1 moreTrust me, ELC is not a reliable company. They never showed up, and found different excuses for it. They promised me to grade my backyard, and now my backyard is still totally a mess. They will ask you for money from the beginning, and again and again using different excuses. I signed the contract with them in August and was asked to pay more than 75% of the total payment for different reasons within the first week. After having money, they never picked up my call. After two months, they finally showed up and did excavation for 2 hours, only making my backyard a mess and my internet cable cut. After that they disappeared with tons of dirt in my backyard. Now it is already 3 months, and my backyard is still a mess.
