All work done over a 3 week period... it took longer due to rain days. The guys doing the work were very prompt and friendly and did a thorough job. They even fixed the flashing around the chimney because it was due to rain and they didn't want my chimney to leak!

1) initial survey of work to be completed, followed by an estimate
2) scheduling the work
3) arriving on time as scheduled
4) completion of tasks (divided among Dave and his two crew)
5) repairs completed within ~2 hours
6) clean up
Dave Dunn and his crew worked quickly and efficiently, and importantly cleaned up when they were done. Dave took time to match as closely as possible the color of the mortar he used to that of the existing brick work. i was pleased with the work and the reasonable cost.
