They were professional and thorough.The communication between a tech and owner was sub par and items on my work list dint make it to the work order in which was added on the site resulting in more cost beyond my original purchase price I was not pleased with this outcome. The job was completed on schedule clean up was done and contact with Danny on follow through has Ben maintained .

A tree fell and pulled the electric line from the house. Power had to be cut off untill line repaired. I was very impressed by him going beyond to ensure electricity could be turned on ASAP. He was very helpful and cost was very fair considering it was an emergency job. No other company was willing to complete in the weekend. He worked with me closely and professionally. I will definitely keep his number for any future needs!

The job was done right -- replaced three burnt-out lightbulbs in a difficult location, and installed a surge protector to guard against line surges which could damage electrical appliances. He also accepted my offer to remove a rug we no longer needed. We were very satisfied.

Communication from owner to customer severely lacking and caused a huge issue at closure of job

Zach and Crew put in a new electric panel in our home. They were so thorough and explained everything to my husband and I, The panel was marked so we knew where every circuit breaker went too. They also did added electrical wall units, hooked up baseboard heater, redirected electric work from an outside porch. Their prices are reasonable and you don't have to call them back because it is done right the first time around!!!

They did not care how the finished work looked. They cut out a part of my kitchen wall and did not repair it back the way it was. I had to get someone to repair and paint my kitchen.

I am going to start this out by saying shame on me. They arrived at our house at 12:15, I checked the clock as soon as they walked through the door. I took them down to the basement to take a look at the electrical panel, apparently, the previous owner had wired a couple of things incorrectly, our home inspector missed it, and it was caught during the recent home inspection (we are selling the house). They immediately started opening the panel and getting to work. I had to stop and ask how much it was going to cost, he said some number around $250 for an hours worth of work and parts. Did not think that was that big of a deal as it was the only really negative thing on our inspection. I went upstairs to stay out of their way and at 12:40, Danny came up with a low voltage regulator in his hand that had nothing to do with what I had called them to fix. He told me it absolutely needed to be replaced and that it was illegal to have it in the box. I asked how much that would cost and he said It does not matter, it is illegal and has to be replaced... probably $50. My blood pressure started to rise when I realized I was being conned by this guy. They were done at 1:10, Danny was downstairs filling out the invoice and it had $468 as the figure at the bottom. He charged me $255 for an hour and a half of work and another $200 for parts. They left a bunch of cut-up wires and debris under the panel and did not clean up at all. Do not hire these people. Lessons learned for me: Get a quote before you ever let someone touch your house. Do not leave them unattended.

Danny explained the problem and fixed it on the spot. Communication beforehand was clear, too. Organized and professional.

He answered every text and phone call, his prices were in line with what I had researched and he was very professional. I am planning on hiring him again.

Danny responded to my request for help extremely fast. He came out the very same day. He and his helper were both very friendly and worked both efficiently and professional. The prices were fair and competitive for the area. He went out of his way to make sure everything was explained so that I understood.I would highly recommend him and will call him for all future electrical needs.

Found them very professional

Came out and worked. Did not lollygag. Charged by the hour. Put in two electrical outlets in the crawlspace and cost me nearly $600. I suspect in part due to a high markup on electrical wire and parts. Of course I have no way to assess what the parts/wire actually cost the contractor so his markup way well be very reasonable.

Showed up same day that I called, which was great because this was a rental house. The renters seemed very pleased with his work.
