1. HE TOLD ME MY PROPANE TANKS (THE SIZE THAT HE RECOMMENDED) WERE NOT LARGE ENOUGH TO PROVIDE ENOUGH GAS PRESSURE ---- AFTER HE INSTALLED THE SYSTEM.
2. A NEW PLUMBER WITH EXPERTISE IN RINNAI TANKLESS WATER HEATERS JUST TOLD ME: YOUR UNIT HAS NOT BEEN WORKING RIGHT FOR 8 YEARS BECAUSE THE INSTALLER (MARK AT CLEAR CREEK) USED A REGULATOR DESIGNED FOR A BBQ GRILL NOT A HOT WATER HEATER.
HIRE ANYONE WITH EXPERTISE IN RINNAI TANKLESS WATER HEATERS OTHER THAN MARK JONES AT CLEAR CREEK. HIS CERTIFICATE OF EXPERTISE FROM RINNAI IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS PRINTED ON.
