Virginia Home Inspections is owned and operated by Austin & Teresa Smith. Austin performs the field work while Teresa handles the day to day responsibilities of the office. Virginia Home Inspections is a locally owned inspection company with over 20 years of on the job experience in the home inspection field. Prior to starting the home inspection business, Austin worked as a general contractor on new homes, as well as additions.
