I called him to look at my outside heat pump unit because it wasn't working. He came an hour after the time he said he would, he was wearing no shirt with his underwear sticking out of his falling down shorts, he had food on his face from obviously just finishing his lunch and diagnosed a $2800 "this unit must be replaced and cannot be repaired" within literally 2 minutes after touching the unit. Seriously!!! 2 minutes. Then said if I don't want the unit it would be $95 for the service call due now! I paid him and will never do business with him ever again. Went with a referral who spent over 30 minutes diagnosing the issue.
