Had an issue with another rental/sales company on the island (the 1st one to the left as you come off the bridge) so I went with a referral by the name of Lynne. Who wasn't from the island obviously she was from somewhere in NY via her accent, her tenacity, and her motivation to rent my home. Within less then two days she had multiple applications for annual tenants to chose from all whom were willing to move in right away. So we had the home rented in less then a week, and have fantastic tenants. We were so impressed by Lynn that we used her to buy another home on the island. Yet again all her abilities came through to sell us a home. We closed on one and loved it!! TY Lynn! You're the best!!!
