Never open when the hours of operation on the door say they are. And they don't answer the phone.

Went there to get flowers for my anniversary and the lady there told me that they were out of flowers. WTH?! Went to the other flower shop on the island who had a great inventory.

When I went to the flower shop there was little to no flowers in the shop which is not what you want to see when you go to purchase but I figured they're new so I was willing to help them out. When I purchased a display for my uncles funeral it was slap dash at best. Poorly made, crude, in artistic design. Too much to list. The person whom did the arrangement must not have any art school or collegiate background in art because it was terrible! Open spots and color mismatched. I'm not going back there again and don't recommend anyone to either. If there was an "F minus" grade I would've given them that! I had bad feeling when I went in, I should've went with my gut on this one.

First off they're NEVER open during the hours listed on the door. They say they're open 10 - 6 Monday thru Friday and Saturday until 1 so I stop by at 315pm one my first visit to get flowers for my daughters graduation on a Wednesday and they're closed. So I go back the next day and they're closed yet again with a sign on the door this time saying"Out for Delivery be back in 15 minutes" I waited 45 minutes and still no one returned to open the store. I call the number and they never answer. Apparently they don't want my or anyone else's business. You'd have to be open for that! I've asked around and I hear if you get a bouquet they are lousy, horrible at best! Arrangements could be done better by a child.
