They had come previously and did a great, quick job, but about 6-12 months later, I bought another GroupOn/Living Social, and called them shortly before the expiration date to clean our windows. What I'm guessing was the manager said they're booked, but he'd honor the rate plus $30 (which was annoying since I called before the expiration). He heamed and hauled the whole time bc I was too far, although we're 3 minutes outside of the city limits, within the distance they said they'd come. He had to cancel the date he set, and never made a follow up. I will never use them again.

The windows were not clean after he finished and I noticed he never changed the water he used and it was very dirty. We advised him that we were very dissatisfied with his work and he said he would come back but never did.

Their first service was with a Big Deal then on their second service he offered the same price. He does a wonderful job at an extremely reasonable price. I plan to use them again.
