We had some struggles through the building process of our house. The heat pump wasn t working right and they kept sending someone out, but they couldn t find the problem. This went on for quite awhile. Finally, someone came out and adjusted the knob on the hot water heater and the heat pump was fine. It s a good quality house, but had a lot of problems. All in all, we are happy with the house.
