After searching quite some time for a contractor to replace rotted joists and girders under my house, I found Joe Christopher of Sierramack Construction on Angie's List. I had previously contracted with someone else and lost a large deposit and no work had been performed. After I called Mr. Christopher, he stated that his timeframe was not the best and it would be quite some time before he could begin the work. After I explained the situation, he agreed to meet with me on a weekend. He came out and explained the work that needed to be done very professionally and set my mind at ease given my prior situation. When I had questions, he was always extremely responsive. He was even willing to speak with anyone else I asked him to speak with. He was able to provide his license and insurance information. Once the work was started, it was completed in the timeframe I was given, done very professionally and cleaned up to the point that you would never know anyone was there. The end result is my house no longer sags and I feel safe and secure in my house once again. I highly recommend Mr. Christopher and his staff for any project you may have.

The company kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked quickly. They were knowledgeable and professional. They came by on Monday to start the work and said the job could take anywhere between 1-2 weeks depending on the weather. It rained a couple of days that week and they were still able to finish in 1 week. they came by on Saturday to make sure they had it done earlier. The quality was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. I also plan on calling them first for future work.
