Mike was promt and curtious. He carefully explained every thing he did and why he did it. He fixed the hot water problem and replaced all of the hardware for the sink and the bathtub. Its been over two years since he finished the repairs and we are still very satisfied with the work.

Arrived on time and performed work in a satisfactory manner. He went out of his way to insure we were satisfied. He was upfront about costs and accurate as to the final price.

Gentleman was competent and professional. Did good work!

We love the work and we are happy. He really was helpful in helping us arrange other things that he couldn't do like put up ceramic tile. They did a great job cleaning up. They were pleasant and came when they said they would come.

He had done some work in my office before, so we used him. They were very nice and they came when they said they would. We had a leaky toilet and ended up buying a new one. They went and bought it themselves which was nice. They didn't make any mess and I thought that they were a little expensive. Beyond that they were fine and we might use them again in future, but probably get some more estimates.

Mike Reams was professional throughout the entire process, advising on the quality of items I needed to purchase, water heater, mop sink, faucets, ranges, etc. He coordinated his schedule with all the other contractors involved. I felt his fees were fair and would definitely hire him again.

He showed up to correct the leaking problem in which I didn't know where it was coming from. It only took him half an hour, two wrenches, a coupling and the job was done. He cleaned up good when he was finished and I haven't had a problem since.
