This is the fifth time I have used Quality Moving Services. They always deliver a superb moving experience. The movers are personable, professional, courteous, careful, prompt and efficient. They have never broken or lost anything or caused any damage. They always show up on time, exactly as arranged beforehand. The planning and communication with the office is excellent, and everything works without any hiccups. I really can't say enough about how great their service is, and although I won't need movers again for a while, I will use them. I won't even shop around, because their rates are extremely reasonable for the high quality service they deliver. I give them my highest recommendation.

This was my second time using Quality Moving Services and again, they were excellent! The booking process with Dee is very easy. The team arrived on time and very carefully moved our items out of the house, wrapping each item before it was secured in the truck. The team of Rodney and Steve worked well together. They are hard workers, strong and competent, friendly, personable, have a strong work ethic, and tackle the hard job of moving with joy. I will use Quality Moving again. Thank you Mr. Tucker for running a great business.

From requesting an estimate to move out day, everything went perfectly! The customer service was all around excellent and took a huge weight off my shoulders with the stress of moving. Quality Moving was recommended to me and I'd absolutely recommend them and hire them again in the future!

Excellent work would recommend! The team came early @ 8.30am and they did an amazing job at wrapping the the furniture and transferring it to the truck in a gentle yet time efficient manner. We had several fragile items that all arrived in perfect state. I would definitely recommend this moving company they were time efficient, trusting and overall had a good work ethic.

Mr. Tucker (the owner) is just a gem and wonderful to work with. He knew exactly what to ask me on the phone to gauge how long our move would take. He said it would take 4 hours and honestly, it was 4 hours on the dot when the movers finished and they worked so so hard for those 4 hours. They were the best movers we have ever used. They arrived on time, were kind and professional, worked well as a team, DID NOT STOP working the entire time, wrapped furniture carefully, nothing was damaged, and they were so friendly and made our move easy and fun. I will definitely use Quality Moving Servies again. There are a great moving company. Thank you Joey, Steve and Zach! You all were a blessing to us.

They made it so easy, I really appreciated all the work they did. I had hired them before to move and when it was time to move again, they were who I called. If I ever have to move again I will definitely hire them. Recommend for sure!

Excellent! The owner was personally involved, giving me fair pricing for our move, and connecting us with partner (piano moving company) who was both both professional, reasonable, and efficient. I love this company! The workers were conscientious, focused, and respectful of our belongings. The checked to ensure all delivered materials were satisfactory, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I will scream their praises to all I know. First rate!!!

The movers did an excellent job. They took great care in stacking and unstacking my belongings. Asked questions if they were not sure instead of assuming. I was quoted a 5 hour move and it took them less time including drive. I really can't say enough about these particular movers. But if they are the reflection of all your employees, your company deserves more than a 5 star rating. Thank you gentlemen.

The team at Quality Movers was exceptional. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate then gave me a price over the phone followed by a written email. What was over-and-above was they way they handled our urgent need to move my parents after they had a medical emergency. We called on a Friday with a request to move as soon as possible - and they were able to help us set up the move for the very next day. They showed up on time, finished earlier than expected, were respectful to us and to our parents' belongings, and worked with us during the entire move. Their professionalism made a very difficult situation for us so much easier. We will use Quality Moving again and would recommend them to anyone.

Our company made arrangements with you to review your claim and to settle within 30 days on a valid claim. You did not want anyone to enter your home to review alleged damages, but rather pay you $7,000. without any investigation of any sorts. Because your lack of cooperation to determine that a claim exist, The Office of Attorney General nor the BBB was able to assist you. It is against the law to file a false claim."

I certainly was happy with the owner and the response that I got on the phone. The guys were on time. Two of three of them were very professional. One of them was a new guy and he wasn't very careful with some of my stuff, but otherwise, generally, I was very happy with them. I don't remember the price, but whatever the estimate was it actually came in a little lower.

Went very well. They carefully loaded truck to 2nd floor apartment building. Issac and his crew of 2 men worked hard loading and unloading the boxes and furniture. It went very well. I would hire again.

OUTSTANDING! Customer service was fantastic. 3-member crew showed up on time and worked non-stop for 6 hours in 100 degree heat and high humidity! All furniture was wrapped in pads and then wrapped in plastic. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They did a great job at a great price.

The job was done efficiently of moving my packed boxes as well as a sofa, cabinet, computer desk and a couple tables with chairs. The crew was pleasant, courteous to work with. They arrived within the stated time frame. I have no complaints and would hire again. After job was done in 1 hour & 40 minutes, I obviously over estimated time needed. I realized after they left, I could have had the crew pack additional boxes for me (I didn't get all packed in time for move) & move to storage. Ah well, live & learn. I will look to have a quote when I need to move from storage to my new abode. I thought the price for 4 hrs was reasonable, not their fault that I misjudged timeframe for move. They wrapped my furniture, protecting the pieces for the move. Very happy with the work done.
