Premier Irrigation & Lighting

My irrigation system's valve was cracked rendering it useless. I called Premier for assistance and even though they were pretty busy (spring), they were able to address my issue within a few days. Brent came out, saw the issue and replaced the part in a few minutes. He also reset my irrigation schedule to what would be the best for this time of year. All in all, this is the company I will now use to service my system from now on. Personable yet professional and extremely competent. Great job.

The job was done to perfection -- we could not have been happier. Brent Lucie, the owner, is a very professional and knowledgeable person. Not only has he been installing irrigation systems for many years, he was formerly a landscaper (his experience in this field is a plus when working around the homeowner's existing, and planned, landscaping). There was very little damage to the existing grass area, however, we had the system installed prior to aeration and seeding. We will be using Mr. Lucie for all future irrigation maintenance needs. We highly recommend Premier Irrigation to anyone. We researched several other companies in the area, and are very glad we chose this company.

I have used this company for my annual sprinkler start ups and shut downs for several year and found their pricing and work quality to be excellent. This most recent job required disconnecting several sprinkler heads and relocating them to different parts of the yard. The hand trenching was done quickly and with minimal disruption to the current landscape. Overall, I continue to be highly satisfied with Premier Irrigation's communication, customer service and overall quality of work.

We obtained a large number of quotes for service, Premier was easily the best value interms of what was included, especially when you factor in how easy they were to work with. From day 1 Brent was always quick to follow up, worked around our schedule, amd did a great job with the install (we barely even notice it's there). They did a lot to minimize disruption to the lawn, completed the work as scheduled and Brent went out of his way to come back after the work was finished just to teach me how to use it. Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future should any additional work be needed.

I really like them a lot. They're very, very good. They explain everything. He shows up when he's supposed to show up. He does a great job. I never have to call him back.

Brent, the owner responded immediately to my voice mail request for a call.  He made our appointment, presented a quote to install an irrigation system.  His quote was reasonable.  His crew arrived when he said they would, performed the work in a timely manner to perfection.  The products he installed were top notch.  We are very pleased with our system and his professionalism.

The provider showed up on time and did a great job.  it was one of the better experiences we've had with an irrigation company.  I'd recommend them to friends.

Everything went great and I would use them again.

It went very well. I was pleased overall with the service and experience of the installers and would definitely recommend them to others.  The one issue I wish had been better is that I feel they could have done a better job with the yard clean up, from the stand point of raking and smoothing out the area of the lawn that was unsettled during the trenching for the pipes.  My lawn was wet and there was more grading needed after the fact than I expected. To be fair, however, I didn't mention this to Premier or ask them to come back and do a better job.  Again, I would definitely recommend Premier Irrigation.
