We had received quotes from two large and well known companies for approximately $7000 more than Paragon Heating and Cooling had quoted us. The owner of Paragon Heating and Cooling, Ulyssess Montalvo, had worked and gained much knowledge and experience from one of the two larger companies for 16 years prior to starting his own company several years ago. He was extremely professional and answered all of our questions expeditiously. He and his men arrived at the time we had agreed upon. The first day they worked tiredlessly for 12 hours and completed the job the following day as scheduled. During this time, they were very courteous and took extra care in keeping the areas clean. They also took extra precautions to not damage walls/floors as they replaced the heavy equipment. We have been completely satisfied with the entire job and the price. We would highly recommend Paragon Heating and Cooling to anyone that would like a full service and turn key contractor for their heating and cooling needs.
