HOBGOOD PLUMBING

Joe Hobgood is one of the craftsman plumbers out there. He assesses the situation and uses his excellent knowledge to fix the problem. One example is that he replaced piping with copper piping and not plastic that most plumbers use. Copper is more expensive but his price was excellent for both work and materials. Mr Hobgood explains the reasons for his decisions in layman's terms so you can understand why he came to a decision. For me this was invaluable. Would use Mr Hobgood again and totally recommend him to anyone who needs a good plumber.

The toilet repair seemed to go well, but a few weeks later the leak seemed to return. He came out and fixed it again (with a more permanent solution) free of charge.

Hobgood Plumbing not only provided excellent service, they saved us money and headache. Joe came out within one day of my call and took care of the issue. I had another plumber provide me an estimate, which included not only replacing the "missing" clip but replacing the others as well because they were loose. Joe was VERY honest! He told me the missing clip wasn't really missing but had fallen out and he found it under the sink. The other clips just needed tightening, which he did and added silicone to the underside of the sink. Thank you Joe!

We have used Joe several times. He installed our water heater and garbage disposal.  This time we had a water leak. He came out the same day we called him, assessed the problem and gave us an estimate. He came back the next day and fixed the problem. Joe is responsible, professional, reasonable and dependable. Would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.
