The representative arrived timely and inspected the home for the termites. Approximately 45 minutes was spent under the home inspecting all areas for the infested areas. It was determined that the problem was wide spread from the home to the 2 car garage. The estimate was written and a date to have the services performed was agreed upon. The contractor arrived on the specified date and time as promised. The contractor along with a helper spent the entire day drilling the holes and filling the holes with the pesticide. When the work was completed we received a warranty stating that the work performed was guaranteed for one year. It was also discussed that he would return annually to be sure that we are free of termites. The contractor was professional, honest and friendly and we have already recommended him to family and friends.

The representative was extremely knowledgable about the business and was very clear on what would need to be done to rid our home of the termites and ant problem. They arrived promptly on the scheduled day to perform the service necessary to spray for the bugs. Two workers arrived and worked dilagently for the entire day to get the job done. They moved the furniture and cleaned behind themselves as drilling was done to take care of the problem.
They were professional and courteous and respectful of our home while performing the services. They have been no further signs of termite or the ant problem and received a warranty from the company that if services did not rid our home of the problem within the year they would return and do any additional work and no charge. We are on their call list to inspect the home on an annual basis.

The company was recommended to us by a family member. I called, made the appointment which was the next day. The service person arrived on time, checked our home for other pests, treated our kitchen and otside areas of our home. They will be coming back to treat the inside areas at a later time.
The representative was professional, treated our home and us with respect. The cost was competitve for the same services however we went with this company to support our local companies.
