Girling was assigned by First American to repair a plumbing issue in our spare bathroom, which included a minor drain leak and bad water hammer. The 2 gentlemen that came did the repairs in a timely and competent manner. Not sure what total cost is because we pay only the "deductible" from the warranty.

It was a good experience; an experience that I do not normally have with repair companies. It is hard being a woman and getting good, honest service. I was treated with respect and dignity. I live in the country and he has to charge me a little more because of it. However, it is worth it. If I ever have plumbing issues again, I will call them. And I have already been telling my friends about Mr. Girling and his company. Mr Girling was even nice enough to bill me for his services. I thought that was wonderful.

Their guy did an excellent job installing a utility sink in our garage. He took about three hours to get it set up and running. He was a good guy and they were good to deal with all the way around. We hadn't had a sink out there and it was a nice addition. They made it easy for us to get it done.

The plumber did not show up on time with our scheduled appointment. I had to call the company and remind them of our appointment time. They did do a good job with the installation once they arrived at our home. The plumber did complete the job quickly and he cleaned up the mess when finished.
