Jim was incredibly professional, funny and helpful during the inspection of our home. I could write a novel, but the gist of it is - Jim did everything that we hoped he would do and more! He answered all of my (numerous) questions with professionalism and honesty. He is a jack of all trades so he could honestly speak to a variety of concerns we had - from plumbing, to construction to electrical. I feel like he spent a lot of time getting to know my husband, myself and the home (which we are living in but needed an inspection because we would like to buy it instead of renting.) I will continue to contact Jim with questions, concerns and contacts for work on our home. I would recommend Jim to anyone who needs a home inspection. Jim Wilson from First Choice Home Inspections helped me when I was purchasing a rental property.
