I called and left a message, spoke with wife, Mr. Wilburn called later and came over the same day. He was very nice, polite, buisness-like, professional, very nice man, and said to call if I had anymore problems.

Don knows what he’s doing. He’s been in business for quite some time and is really an expert.

Responded to phone call promptly, on time, friendly, professional and honest.

Very good and professional experience

When we re-did most of our house we used a guy who did both design and install work and he was not much of a plumber. I described the problems we were having the sink drains to Mr. Wilburn who offered to come out right away. He was at my house less than an hour from my call and was finished about an hour later. The work was first-rate, the service extraordinary and the price was extremely reasonable.

I called Don right before the Super Bowl game and he agreed to reschedule his Monday appointments to address our emergency water problem. He and his son, Mark came to our house on Monday morning. They were incredibly polite and really nice! I had provided them inaccurate information so they needed to go back to the plumbing supply house to get the correct part. The replacement took very little time, the work was perfect and they identified and addressed an additional problem at no extra cost. We couldn't be happier with their work and will most certainly use them again and strongly recommend their services.

Mr. Wilburn is honest, hard working and a very professional person. He does what he says he will do and at a good price. He is friendly and courteous and leaves everything clean and nice when finished. I have used him several times and have always been very satisfied with his work and demeanor when in my home. He has been in the plumbing business a very long time and I would not hesitate to use him again.

We have hired Don for various jobs over the years; we have a very good relationship with him. He knows us well, too, so he rarely keeps us waiting very long. This job was not an emergency, but he still came over within two days after we called him. He finished in about ninety minutes, and took away the old heater. As always he left no mess for us to deal with.
