I had left a previous .5 star review due to the time frame of the job (taking over a month). The job is now complete and they asked my husband that I remove my review. So I am changing it from a .5 to a 3.

I have experience in this field and I'm definitely not the easiest customers to deal with that's for sure but the one thing I can say about complete home Care and restoration is that everything they told me they were going to do they did and evey question I had they provided me with an answer that was correct and was the truth. I would recommend them to anyone pertaining to any type of home Care or restoration.. they were the best and I owe them nothing but praise...

Joey was at my home with a few hours of calling with his mitigation team. They started work immediately and had all the demo and cleaning done with the first two days!! By day 5 Joey had returned with his rebuild team and had everything put back beautifully by day 7!! I'll definitely be calling CHCR for everything in the future. Also, I've hired him for other work I want done throughout my home. Thank you Joyer Royer and all of his team!! Great customer service. Attentive to my every need or concern from start to finish!

Had rats get into my crawlspace and dieâ ¦.not a good smell. Complete Home Care and Restoration got back to me and made it to my house much faster than other remediation companies. Worked with me on what I wanted done and got rid of the smell. Overall did a great job.

UPDATE 5/17/24: What started out as one project turned into many, with absolutely none completed. Insurance money given, and there is still a leak under my house. No. I will not let them back on my property. One job I requested, and he took other jobs I mentioned. Started them, and did not complete any. Will not send me receipts. Will not send me warranty paperwork. Will not send me itemization, which should not be that hard. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. His subs DO NOT know what they're doing. I have bare spots where laid flooring wasn't done correctly or completed. He talks a good game but does poor work! ORIGINAL COMMENT: Great group of guys to work with!

"I'm very sorry that you feel that way and yes, there was a leak, but the plumbing was not completed which is documented and we tried going back the next day and were not allowed. As I have said before we are not a perfect company and have made mistakes, but we will always make things right because that is who we are. I hope that you have a better experience with the new contractor, but one thing about this is that I do believe you were denied twice for your loans that were tried to get and this is an attempt to walk away for not having to pay the money that you owe. If anyone looks at my prior reviews you will see a 5-star rating from her. Why the five star just 2 weeks ago. The same people have been in the home the entire time and the work was definitely professionally done. I have that documentation as well."

Mold & Toxic Material Test
As it turned out, there was no mold, but the inspection found a water leak which was repaired. I additionally hired Mr. Royer for other construction projects: painting, replacing light fixtures, and adding a utility sink, and his work was impeccable. He maintains the workplace in a clean and organized manner, and always tidies up before he leaves. HIs associates are also courteous, skilled and trustworthy. I highly recommend Complete Home Care & Restoration,

The project management, as well as the workmanship and value were SUPERB! It was a complex job consisting of water damage, mitigation and then rebuild. I will definitely use Complete Home Care and Restoration for all of my future projects and would have no qualms recommending them to anyone in need of mitigation and rebuild. This company checks all the boxes.
