I have used Comfort Assurance for repairing a unit in my former house, and again when I purchased a new unit in my new house. The service is exceptional. I bought the new unit through Comfort Assurance and of course they installed it, and showed me exactly how it worked. I anticipate a long relationship with this company. I am reticent to let anyone in my house, but I trust them absolutely and appreciate how professional they are.

Called for problem with a mini split and was so impressed with the work I had him check out our Carrier heat pump. Mr Barnes gave me maintenance information and I called back in the fall and he came out and checked out our gas furnace and I got maintenance contract for all three. Since then he has installed a REME HALO air purifier that we LOVE-my husband has allergies and gets sick every spring and every fall and that DID NOT happen this year!! Top notch, prompt and professional. Comfort Assurance at it's best! Well named ..
