Mike did a great job and fixed and old lock that now works better than it had for 15 years

Our doorknob didn't survive the Fourth of July, but Mike of Charlie's Lock Shop was working the day after the holiday when I called to see if he could help. He came out that afternoon, replaced the doorknob and two deadbolt cylinders and provided plenty of keys. Mike was friendly, professional and prompt.
