Everything went great.  The guy met me at the time he said he would meet me.  He was nice and professional.  He even fixed my locks so that they turned easier (they were very finicky and hard to turn before).

Called in the morning and they were able to come same day at 6:00 that night.  Locksmith showed up right on time and was professional throughout.  After starting, the locksmith noticed that our house has a set of locks that require a reset key which is no longer sold anywhere.  After trying to locate the reset key at local hardware stores for 30 minutes, we decided just to replace the lock chambers.  Another 30 minutes later the job was completed and the locks are working great.  Very happy with the service.

Mr. Buckley is very personable and informative.  (I like being given information so that I understand more about  how locks are supposed to function.)  His charge was more than reasonable.
On September 28, 2015,  I called him for advice on which hardware would be correct for the replacement French door being installed in a few days.  He provided me with information about the builders' code and about the high-impact thermal glass used in any new doors. I now know which dead bolt lock is required by law and will have the correct hardware ready when the contractor arrives to install it. Thank you, Mr. Buckley!
I will be calling Mr. Buckley when I am ready to change the first-floor door hardware to match the hardware on the new French door.

He called the day after I requested service on Angie's List to set up an appointment & he arrived promptly on time.    He performed all the services as requested.  I feel that the price we paid was fair for the services performed.  The gentleman who arrived was extremely polite & professional.  I would definitely use them again!

Tom did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about the job even on the phone and when he arrived to our house he knocked it out in literally 30 minutes. Will definitely use Tom again for any of our locksmith needs.

Provider was very courteous and responsive.  Came out to the house for next-day service after I purchased the big deal.  Re-keyed additional locks at $15 each, and made us new keys right out in his van for an additional, reasonable cost.  I would certainly use Brothers Locksmith again in the future.  Great service.

Supremely professional. Nicely dressed/professional. Courteous. Loved that he made a safety recommendation for me as to handling suppliers that need one time access so that in the event of key loss, I wouldn't be required to rekey all ten locks--just one. Would HIGHLY recommend Brothers to anyone needing Lock assistance.

The service went great. Tom came as scheduled and did a great job on the locks. Tom came back in from his truck and found my mother who had fallenand broken her hip. I am so grateful Tom was there and helped He called the EMT right away and contacted me to let me know what had happened. He certainly went above and beyond. It could have gone many other ways but because of Tom she got the help she needed. I would reccomend them to anyone.
