Returned my call early in the morning and responded by noon. Quickly unplugged a clogged drain the the common line (about 10'-15') for the bath tub and sink. Took approximately 15 minutes.

Called Tommy Young for a water heater replacement at 1:00 PM. He was at my home with the new water heater by 2:30 PM! The work was done quickly and professionally. The cost of labor was very reasonable and will definitely use his services again.

Called and Mr Young said he would be there the next morning. He called me around 8:30 the next day, said he was on the way and promptly showed up. No problems at all, used his water supply line instead of mine because his was a better fit and looked neater. Disposed of all trash and the old toilet.

He was here on time, great communication and fixed in an hour. Just terrific, very easy to deal with!

Problem fixed. No problem afterwards.

Very well. This is the second time we have used hime. I really appreciated the fact that he fixed it and didn't recommend a new one yet. He noted that he wasn't sure how long the fix would work, but for the time being it was fine.

I called and left a message. Tommy called me right back and was at my house 20 minutes later. Tommy and his worker were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced. I would recommend him and would call him again for any future repairs.

Called and made appointment for next day service. Arrived on time, friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. After taking my faucet off he discovered the new faucet I purchased was taller and would not work very well with my window sill that was in the way. He sad no problem he would go get one that would work with my space. Very quick to return with the right faucet and parts and quickly installed the new one. Works great! So nice to actually find someone that is on top of his field. I would absolutely recommend Tommy Young for any plumbing needs.

He had to get up on the roof and find access to drain in kitchen from a vent pipe. Then he got out the snake and worked it over and over. It was good to have a free running sink again. He is professional in every aspect.

All went very well.  I really appreciated the fact that he did not suggest/encourage/ me to purchase a new hot water heater (mine is over 20 years old).  This service was during 2015.....Hot water heater still running fine!  (Also, I do not remember the price of these 2 visits, but it was reasonable.  This was 2 visits and I am not sure of the dates during 2015).  I will definitely use them again!

bit of old pipe in The techs arrived on time, finished early, cleaned up nicely and let themselves out securing our property. No mess, no muss, no bother. Their work looks and seems very good and they replaced quite a bit of old pipe successfully. Very pleased with their service.

I initially contacted the company by email one evening through Angie's List. To my surprise the next morning there was a response from the same night. After sending another email response without a reply, I decided to call and left a message. There was a minimum amount of phone tagging, but I eventually was able to speak with Mr. Young and set a day for him  to come. He called and within 20-30 minutes he arrived, we discussed the issues, he completed the work and I am pleased with the outcome.

Tommy responded to my call within an hour and was able to come to my house the same day. He was quick & efficient and repaired everything so it now works just fine. He did a great job in a short time!!

The men were prompt and explained everything that needed to be done. We had a leak from an upstairs shower.

Tommy was prompt in returning my call and was at my house 15 minutes later.  He and his assistant had the problem fixed in about 20 minutes.  They were very nice and professional. Reasonably priced.  I would definitely call Tommy again to fix any plumbing issues I have.

Tommy as always did a great job.  Repaired my water heater.  He's installed or repaired many things in my home over the years.  He's honest and stands by his work.  Always does a great job.

He brought a worker with him. They took their time studying the issue, then explained the situation to me. They worked great as a team, one from the access point in the main house, the other from the crawl space. They worked at it until they were sure the issue was resolved. I think the price was very reasonable considering all he ended up doing. I have already discussed hiring him for my next project (which isn't looking too easy either).

Mr. Young kept appointment with us to do repairs negotiated in contract for buying a house.  He brought someone with him to assist.  Both Mr. Young and his assistant were very nice and they were diligent workers!  Plan to hire again if I need plumbing work in the future.  I appreciate their good service.
