Daniel and his son did were wonderful cleaning the areas I asked about and a few more because he saw they needed it. Everything looks so much better with the mold, moss, and dirt removed. Careful not to hurt surrounding plants. Probably the most responsive workman I've ever used--prompt calls and emails to let me know when he was coming. Very friendly and polite.
