The furniture was left wet and ended up smelling mildewed. I called and Earl came back and treated it again with something that he assured me would take care or the problem.It didn't. The chair smells terrible and is stinking up the whole room. It was a very nice and expensive chair and now I don't know what to do. I guess I will have to pay to have it hauled away. I did call back again and did not get a response.

Royalty cleaned my carpet yesterday morning and did an excellent job. I had several drink stains (kool-aid and red wine) in my family room and on the steps that he removed easily. He was finished in less than an hour. I already plan to have him come out next month and do another set of steps and bedrooms.

Really friendly and professional gentleman. Delivered clean and nearly smell free. Great service and price. Would definitely use again.

Owner arrived alone in pick-up truck with commercial-sized machine. Wall-to-wall carpeting still wet after 24 hours and no furniture was returned to position and no foil papers under any feet of furniture. Looks as though machine mal functioned because there were large dirty spots in many places. Worst of all - my oriental carpet had new dark spots in many places and is a mess! Very pleasant man who responded in timely manner and good price. But not worth it.
