Priority Collision Center

My son had backed up in a driveway with a low brick wall and pulled the bumper loose on one side. I was very pleased with Priority Collision because they offered the option of replacing the clip that holds the bumper on rather than quoting a complete bumper replacement.  A previous shop estimated a complete bumper replacement for a lightly scratched bumper.   The other estimate was about $1,000 and Priority Collision did what I needed done for less than $200. I was very pleased with their work and their willingness to work with me because I was paying myself rather than going through insurance. They gave us an appointment right away and they were very professional. They gave us an estimate while we waited.  We were able to schedule an appointment and get the car fixed within a couple of days.
*Follow-up problem.  The liner between the bumper and the engine compartment had to be replaced again just a few months after this repair - so that part of the repair did not last.  The second liner cost $117(parts and labor) to replace and was replaced in May 2015, only 7 months and very few miles after the original repair.  Disappointing that it wasn't warranted.  I hope this second liner is installed better and lasts longer.

They are very one on one. They make sure you understand what is wrong with the car. The timelines are very accurate on the repairs. It is a large repair center with lots of employees. I have never had a problem with a repair.
