They provided a good estimate, called right away and were professional. Their pricing however was on the higher end.

Tree removal and stump grinding went well. Follow-up service did not occur. Numerous phone calls and requests for service went unanswered, despite a verbal commitment to return and provide additional work to include tree trimming and tree pest control

We requested a large tree to be removed and two stumps ground. The consultation was great-the service rep was knowledgable and offered to remove another tiny stump in the side yard for FREE! And she said that they would clean off the roof after removing the tree. Well the tree and two stumps are gone but they didn't take care of the free removal as promised-perhaps I would have gone with another company with a lower estimate if I knew this would not actually be fulfilled as promised. I have called twice and emailed twice asking nicely to have the roof blown off and not to worry about the extra stump but to no avail. I feel like I'm getting the cold shoulder... I guess it's their loss because we have a couple more trees that may need to be removed in the future and they are definitely NOT getting our business. This was a classic case of over promise and UNDER deliver.

It went badly. 'Crew' arrived at 10 a.m. & consisted of one Hispanic gentleman that worked like a whirling dervish on a bobcat, the 'estimator' who was in & out, & another man who did very little. As soon as they arrived, I pointed out the property line & asked that care be taken not to put debris on my neighbor's property. This was ignored. I had marked w/stakes & ribbons & showed them a drain pipe that ran near the trees to be felled. It was run over & smashed. The bobcat ran helter-skelter through the yard & woods leaving deep ruts & damaging plantings, trees, & drainage ditches. Landscape stones were moved & not put back in place. Nothing was chipped. They stayed 5 hours. I both called & wrote the company to advise them of my dissatisfaction. They never returned my call or responded to my letter.

This is one of a few tree cutters I have used, and I will say that I was quite satisfied. They cut the trees down and were sure to clean up their mess. The disposed of the old trees, branches and anything else like leaves and things that may have fallen. I thought they were respectable, and I would give them a second job.
