It was a good experience. The price was reasonable. You can get in and out from here with no problem. They are pretty good at helping you, but it can take a minute to find someone sometimes.

We purchased three new toilets and had Lowe's install them. The toilets
are fantastic, and the sales person was very helpful in choosing the right
ones.  The plumber they hired installed them well and
quickly. He was courteous and called to schedule the installation and
then followed through. Lowe's also has their own follow-up on the
contractors, and that's a good thing too because it helps with
accountability.

They are very good. They are reasonable.

They were very good.  They had subcontractors to do that and they did a good job.  They were on time and.  If there is any problem, they respond promptly.  I would use them again in the future if needed.

They are outstanding in customer service. It is rare that we ever have to take anything back. We have found that they will go out of their way to get information or do research for you on a product or project you are inquiring about. They are very good about returning phone calls and follow-up. We will continue to use them in the future.

The sub-contractors that were sent out did a great job. The old windows were removed and taken away. They cleaned up all mess. The same thing for the doors, just a great installation and everything works as it should. We would use again in the future. We are very happy with our new windows.

This was a very large four-week project. Right from the start the designer at the store did a superb job to accommodate our wishes. The kitchen had a 1970's style layout that we wanted to see gone. We also wanted an island. During the construction we had regular calls from the store to check in on the progress. We have all new cabinets, counters, floors and appliances. We did have one problem, which they were able to fix. We had mold under the floor where an old dishwasher had been leaking. They replaced all the rotted floor boards for us. We also had them replace the counter in the master bath for us. We tell people about our good experience all the time.

I got two doors with the roll away screens for $339 and $59 a door to install. They did measure to get the right fit. I was surprised by how timely they were and how they followed up with telephone calls after service. The back door was installed properly. The front was not. They said I did not have to be home at the time, so the front door was not closing and opening properly. The guy who did the back door opened the screen when he did the install, so that door was working fine. A friend fixed the front door and explained you need to have the main door open or just open the screen when you install a storm door. I would still give them an A grading and use them again.
