They ended up telling me all these different things that I supposedly needed fixed, such as different air filters and their "signature service" oil change was $40, when I'm used to only paying $20-$30 for an oil change. I just feel like they took advantage of me because I was a woman and I was new to the area. They didn't tell me any of this information upfront, instead they just did it and charged me.
