+ -1 moreWe bought a bedroom set from them. After about a month, the tracks on one of the storage drawers in the bed broke and the drawer would not close. We contacted them and they told over and over again that a work order was submitted and that someone would call to set up a time to have it fixed. After about 3 weeks of this, I called again and was told that they would not fix it.
Description of Work: Fix a broken drawer on a bed we purchased from them.
