They do not have a lot of people working in here, so it is not that easy to get help if you have questions. They do have self check out lanes though.

They did an excellent job. They used a third party, and maybe I should praise the third party. Home Depot had good prices on good quality carpeting. The builders were the one who directed me to Home Depot, because their prices can't be beaten. The installers got the job done efficiently, cleanly, and very well. Home Depot has somebody that handles the carpeting. They may or may not be well trained. My guess is that their experience is variable. The fellow who we had was very knowledgeable. He wasn't trying to sell the most expensive product. We were fortunate that we got somebody who was knowledgeable. I think they have great products, price, and selection. If you have done homework and you know what you want, you can't beat that. If you went in there not knowing what you wanted, you might get a good product and price, but I would be less sure about that.
