"I was hired by [Member Name Removed] custodian with a signed contract I held a start date information limbo for over 30 days he finally contacted me with a start date then the day before the start date it was canceled and put off for another week which put my schedule in jeopardy and I told him I would have to contact them the next day to let him know that the new start date was fine it didn't take me 12 hours longer to contact them but when I contacted them to let him know there's a new start day was fine that's when everything turns sour I do believe it's a case of buyer's remorse he probably found a cheaper deal but once you sign a contract that's legal binding so by no fault of mine he wanted to cancel the contract but leaving faults and pretty much lies on this review will be grounds for a lawsuit I've been in business for a very long time I've been a member of Angie's List for a long time I have no negative reviews on me know we're through my whole career up until now.and also the signed contract amount was for $3695 not $4900 as mr. [Member Name Removed] said in his review also the contract was for floor refinishing and repairs no installation of any flooring"
