I needed several small projects done for the sale of a property in Nelson County. I called Fix Flip and they showed up when they were supposed to, completed the job to my satisfaction,. The work they completed was done right.They were very responsive to my phone calls and pleasant to deal with, all at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Fix Flip and I know I will be using them for future projects.

Overall - if you are looking for a quick and dirty solution for a great price, these are your people. If you are looking for quality and professionalism, maybe not. I was looking to get my grout redone in my shower and they told me removing the top layer of the existing cracked and flaking grout is just not how that job is done unless I wanted to fully remove all the tile I was very concerned about taking shortcuts only to have the grout flaking off again in a couple of months, so I didnt feel comfortable with F and F doing the work. I also wanted the bathroom sink faucet to be replaced, and when they said it was done and left, it turned out it was leaking, soaking some of the things in the cabinet. They came back immediately and fixed it, but it would have been nice to be done right the first time. Last is a small thing, but I would have preferred if they didnt wear dirty shoes on my bath mats they were soaked and dirty by the time they were done with the work.

Val and crew did an excellent job. We will be using them again.

The same day I made the inquiry on Home Advisor I received a call and was able to schedule something the same day for them to look at the work I wanted completed. We schedule an appointment the following week and while they came a little later than scheduled, I received a courtesy call letting me know and it worked out based on my current work schedule. As it relates to pricing, I am not sure if the going rate for these type of services and not sure what to expect. We were able to work something out with the pricing and overall they did a good job and everything has worked very well. I will be scheduling my next project soon.
