 + -1 moreI thought my 10-year-old heavy-duty treadmill was making strange scraping noises, which of course did not appear when the tech was here! He looked over the machine VERY carefully, made some adjustments to the belt and tensioning system, oiled or greased where he thought necessary, and pronounced the machine in very good shape. I had to pay for his time and travel, which was known to me beforehand, and he left me in a satisfied state of mind. I would DEFINITELY use this provided again.

 + 0 moreI have been using FRNVA for 10 years to repair my fitness equipment. Over the years, they have replaced the treadmill motors, belt, and elliptical bearings and basically kept the equipment fully functional. I've been satisfied with the results, so I contacted them to disassemble my equipment in preparation for a move and re-assemble it. As a result the equipment was transported successfully. This was done quickly and efficiently by the service representative (Mr. Bush) and the sales rep (Linda).
Description of Work: I scheduled an appointment to disassemble an elliptical, treadmill, and weight machine for moving to a new location and then re-assembling the same.
