I have a modern home that needed glass replacement of large, difficult to reach and difficult to install insulated glass units.  I had five glass companies come out, and they were either unresponsive, demonstrated that they were not competent for the job, or were exceedingly expensive and obtuse in terms of letting me understand what they would install.  Fast Glass was just the opposite; they were very professional, competent, informed me about my options regarding types of glass and units, and they worked under a tight deadline.  Their price was very fair, especially given the complexity and difficulty of the job (400 pound units requiring multiple men and scaffolding to install).  They listened to my needs, communicated very promptly and effectively, and got it done well.  I recommend Mickey Ford and her company very highly.

Arrived on time with all necessary equipment. They took great care and did not split any of the wood stops that had to be removed to replace the windows. Caulked and sealed new windows. The guys doing the work were very nice, couteous, and knowledgable. They did not smoke and I did not hear any swear words. They had helped me once before and I would highly recommend them.
