Contacted Eve's Landscaping in June. First appointment was postponed because of illness (Eve's). She came to the house and we discussed what I had in mind. My backyard is wooded and was quite overgrown with thorny vines and small trees. After three months of numerous emails asking when something was going to happen a sub-contractor came to the house to clear the area. Was very pleased with this. An appointment was made at that time to come back in a couple of days to discuss what the end product would be. This happened and we walked through the yard discussing suggestions. This happened in Sept, I have not heard anything back since. I sent her an email message last week stating I was not happy and that her services are terminated.Have not gotten an acknowledgement or apology.

Eve Willis is very capable and does excellent work in landscape design. She will give you a graphic design in advance and you set down and talk about what you want done. She diagrams everything and goes over everything and discusses what she is going to plant. She brings her people out and they do an excellent job of preparing your yard and getting everything in place. The only complaint I have is that she is not very good about following up. Once she does the work, and its generally very good and she does an excellent job of architectural landscaping, she needs to followup. She generally guarantees her plants for one year. She planted about 15 to 20 plants and I had trouble with one of them and I called her and called her and she just never would come back. I went back to my original contract and it wasn't written down. It was more of an oral agreement at the time, where she said she would guarantee everything for one year. Because it wasn't written down I didn't want to push it. It was just one plant out of twenty and everything else looked beautiful. I would still recommend her to anyone as long as they cross all the T's and dot all the I's on the contract. Eve is very skilled and does "A" work in every area other than followup.
